How
Soul of the Ocean is Made

A 150-Year-Old Recipe.
21st Century Technology.
A Discovery
That Changed Everything

The impetus for creating our company was a unique discovery — an ancient ship's log containing 150-year-old recipes. It described artisanal methods for producing delicacy seafood that sailors used during long expeditions.

The product prepared according to these recipes retained all beneficial nutrients and trace elements, had an excellent flavor, and could be stored for a long time — without any preservatives.

We set ourselves an ambitious goal: to translate these ancient recipes into the language of modern technology, significantly increase production volumes, and introduce a product to the world that exists nowhere else.
We succeeded.
Equipment
That Never Existed

Implementing the ancient recipe at industrial scale required a fundamentally new approach. Standard equipment for this did not exist — it had to be created from scratch.

Over several years, German and Austrian engineers developed a production line to our special order. Every component was designed exclusively for our technology, accounting for product specifics where residual moisture content must not exceed 5%. No serial equivalents of this equipment exist — it operates solely at our facility.
